Personal Information We Gather
In order to use our products (the “Services”), you’ll have to create a Flint (Infiverve Technologies Pte Ltd.) Account (“Account”). The information we collect to make your Account includes things like your name, email address, and company name.If you provide cloud accounts to be linked to your Account, we collect information like the name of the account holder, company name, user name, access keys, and passwords.If you decide to invite other people to access your Account, we may collect information about those people such as their names and email addresses.Finally, we may collect information related to how you use the Services, such as where you’re clicking and what pages you’re viewing under your Account.
We may also collect information about how you access and use our website. This includes information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We have to collect personal information from you and those you invite to use your Account in order to perform our contract with you—it’s a bit hard to provide the Services and support when we don’t know who we’re providing them to.

Keeping Your Information
We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have your Account, or as long as is needed to be able to provide the Services to you, or (in the case of any contact you may have with our support team) for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only.
If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your Account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.

Our Services are not intended to be used by those under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we’ll take steps to remove that information from our servers.
